INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: All orders are sent by International Priority Mail (Select this shipping method) at a flat rate of $29.75 (Canada is $26.75) regardless of quantity. (estimated delivery 6-10 business days after shipment). Tracking: It can take a few hours or even a day for shippers to update tracking information.
Due to International law, the full value of your order will appear on the shipping label less the shipping charge. You may have to pay taxes, customs duty, brokerage fees, etc. These charges are separate from your shipping charge. Please contact your local customs for more information. Please note that once a shipment leaves the US we have no control over its delivery.
If you return the shipment we will refund the product portion of the order (assuming the product has not been opened and is in re-sellable condition). Shipping is non-refundable. Additionally, if the shipment is returned due to banned or restricted products, a wrong address, held up by customs or your refusal to pay fees, we will issue a refund for the total amount of the order, minus shipping charges. All returns are subject to a restocking fee of 15% (based on product total only).
