Shipping Policy & Rates - (US Only)
We offer several shipping options through USPS and Fedex for your convenience. FedEx shipping rates vary based on the size of the order order however USPS rates are flat and are provided below. Please note that items qualifying for free shipping will be shipped via First Class Mail. Orders will ship within 48 business hours. Expedited orders received after 2PM CST will ship next day. All orders include standard insurance, however if your order exceeds the standard insurance limit and you would like to include additional insurance, please be sure to ask for it at the time of checkout. Additional charges may apply.

Tracking: It can take a few hours or even a day for shippers to update tracking information. Please note that FedEx does not count the day the order is picked up in calculating delivery days and weekends are not included in estimated delivery times.
Return Policy - (US Only)
We offer a 30 day Money Back Guarantee. All products may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they have not been opened and seals have not been broken. Shipping and handling is non-refundable. These fees will be deducted from the total amount of the refund. Refunds will be credited to the card originally charged. All returns must have an authorization code. Please contact customer service at 800-605-5032 for code. If product is returned without a code, the refund will not be issued. Please allow 14 days from time shipment is delivered back to warehouse for refund to be issued.
We recommend you that ship the return back in the original box and use a tracking method such as UPS. The address to ship the return is on the original box. Once the return has been received and after inspection approval, a refund will be issued within 48 hours.
